General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems that you want us to interpret the result for the test your wife undergo which is for follicular studies.

A) Uterus measures 82 x 38 x 23 mm - which is about bit small size. (normal is 80mm x 60mm x 40mm) but it does varies with age of women.

B) Endomaterial thickness is 4mm - which is normal size

C) Right ovary is 33x15 mm , which is normal size
D) Left ovary is 34x16 mm which is normal size

( 30mm - 50mm in length, 15mm - 30mm in width, is a normal criterion for ovaries)

So it seem every things are normal except the size of uterus but it does varies with age as no age is give I use the average criterion.

Hope it helps.
