Done EKG, X-ray, Blood Work For Chest Pain. Family History Of Heart Attack

I am a 34 year old healthy active female. Fr the past 3 weeks I have been having chest pain on my left side. I have had 3 pristine EKG, 2 normal chest X-rays, blood work was all normal for troponin and blood clot. I am worried about heart attack as my dad recently had a heart attack with bypass surgery. The pain comes and goes but is pretty consistent. With all the results from the test would you rule out heart issues.

Welcome to HCM.A coronary angiography would be the gold standard if you still feel the pain is heart related.A lipid profile and a Holter monitoring(24 hour mobile ECG recording)would help co-relate the pain with any ECG changes. We have seen heart related problems in patients despite all investigations being normal.
