Donated Blood. See Redness Around The Needle Area, Acne Like Bumps. Causes And Cure For Symptoms?

Hi I have donated blood on a Thursday morning. On friday morning, i saw a redness around the needle site area. Blood was withdrawn from a vein at the bend of my elbow. That friday morning, redness and acne-like bumps have formed and have caused itching. Today, Saturday morning, more bumps have been developing around the area and up to my forearm. Why is this?

HI YOU PROBABLY ARE SUFFERING FROM ALLERGIC REACTION .YOU SHOULD APPLY SOME MILD TO MODERATE TOPICAL STEROID LIKE 1% HYDROCORTISONE CREAM OR DIFLOCORTILONE CREAM OR A COMBINATION OF FUSIDIC ACID AND HYDROCORTISONE.YOU CAN ALSO TAKE ANTIALLERGICS LIKE DYSLORATADINE OR LEVOCITRIZINE TAB BUT YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH YOUR LOCAL DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY MEDICATION.
