Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Yellow discharge, frequent urination, and fatigue are the symptoms present both in pregnancy as well as in medical conditions like diabetes mellitus or pelvic infection.
If you had tubal ligation, then the chances of pregnancy are almost nil.
However, I will suggest you to get an urine pregnancy test done.
If negative, you should consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including blood sugar levels and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
