Your target weight should be below 62 kg. Your BMI is above 30.
There is no easy and fast shortcut for lossing weight. It requires lots of efforts and patience from you. If you try to lose weight fast you will get stretch marks.
Basic things are
Taking less calories, that is eating less fats (oil, ghee, paneer. cream) and carbohydrates (wheat and rice). Do not stay hungry. Fill up your stomach with salads, vegetables, fruits, naturally available foods.
Exercise. Abdominal muscle strenthening exercises tone up your belly muscles and allows faster weight loss from stomach. Lying on your back and cycling in air is a good way of toning up your stomach.

Dr.Sapan thanks for your kindest reply.
I want to share my Food Diary with you, suggest me whether I am taking better diet or not.
After waking up I take one glass of warm water after that I do little excercise,My breakfast meal is toast, omlette(egg white only) with one fruit i.e. Apple/Orange/Banana. After 2 hourse I take Buttermilk.
Lunch meal I take Oats,Vegetables or sometimes brown bread with oil free Dal along with cucumbers.
Snacks I take 2 lite biscuits or toast along with lemon / ginger tea (decoction).
Dinner One fruit i.e. Apple.
I end up my day by having one bolied egg white & 1 cup of warm milk.

Doctor I do alot of household work aside like Vaccum cleaning, washing utensils etc.
I have just 4months in hand for reducing atleast 15-20kgs.

Is there any home remedy for reducing weight,if you can suggest?
General & Family Physician Dr. Sapan J. Pandya's  Response
Not much change is required in your diet. It is nearly perfect.
For fine tuning I would like to
Add some more green leafy vegetables, Spinach, Cabbage, Papaya.
Eat to your heart's content. otherwise body goes into starvation mode and decreases calories consumption (starvation mode).
Avoid fruit juices, instead eat whole fruits.
You may avoid egg and omlette. Reduce breads too.
I would not like you to loose 15-20 kgs in newxt few months. That would make you weak and more susceptible to infections.
Also the most feared stretch marks would develop..

HI,
u seem to be very anxious for ur weight loss. i would give you very simple tips to lose weight. the following diet will help you n is easy for you as it is like ur own meal pattern:
early morning ( within 10 minutes of waking) : fresh fruit or seasonal fruit
morning: tea with two biscuits.
breakfast( after 1 hour): pohe
mid morning ( 2 hours after breakfast): handful of roasted peanuts
lunch (2 hours after peanuts): roti/sabzi/dal
snacks ( 2hours after lunch): 1/2 slice of cheese or paneer roll
mid evenning meal (2 hours after paneer roll): boiled egg white or protein powder in milk
dinner ( 2 hours after evening meal) roti / sabzi
this regular meal pattern will make u eat less all the time n also help u utilise stored fat in ur body. Along with this u r recommended to do cardio exercises 3 times a week like fast walking/running/jogging/cycling/walking on a treadmill. the other three days of the week divide for each body part of the body like one day exercise for upper body, the other day for abdomen and back, the other day for lower body. and the seventh day of the week for stretches of the body.
