Does Tooth Extraction Cause Floaters In The Eyes?
My left eye started to have a lot of black floatersstung together.. I had an eye exam and she said she saw nothing. Several days later I see a black or dark spot in the bottom half of my vision. It is round and it moves aalittle. It is worse in the sunlight. This all seem to start after I had a tooth pulled in what was a long and sort of painful procedure. The floaters then now the round spot. Could this be trauma from the tooth pulling? The eye test wasanbout 2 weeks after the tooth extraction.

This mostly sounds like a posterior vitreous detachment which occurs in all patients and is a natural process but we do have to rule out any retinal tear or hole. Did any exam which includes a complete retinal examination under dilatation? If not, I would advise you to for the same immediately.
