General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
i can understand your concern. Excessive thyroid hormones can lead to restlessness, irritability, palpitations, headaches, sleep problems.
Muscle cramps are not usually associated with them. I would suggest you to get a Free T3, T4 and TSH done to check the levels of thyroid hormones. Kindly consult an orthopedecian for the back ache as this might be due to nerve impingement.
Hope i have answered your query.
Have a nice day
