Does The Usage Of Zinc Oxide Result In Blisters?

I had an mri with contrast dec. 7 2015. I have stage 2 kidney disease. When i received the contrast, i had a severe burning sensation in my vagina. The next day, blisters appeared. Have been using zinc oxide. Still have blisters on clititoris. Seeing my family physican tomorrow. Have called the Dr that ordered the mri & radiology. Getting no answers. Dr is doing a pap smear tomorrow

Hello,

It might be allergic blisters.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
