Does The Herbalife Diet Plan Affect The Birth Control Depo Causing Irregular Periods?

Hello! I am a 22 year old female and I have a question about the birth control Depo. I have been on it for 2 full years and have never had any irregularities or any problems at all. Last week I started the Herbalife meal plan/diet plan and its making me pee a lot. I read that it helps detox my body when it does that but today I had a period start and that has never happened while I have been on Depo. Does this Herbalife effect my birth control?
