Urologist 's  Response
Hello,

As a urologist, I can understand your anxiety. You should write your age, to give you a better expert opinion. If urine routine test shows significant protein cells, do the following tests:
1. Urine ACR
2. Twenty four hours urine protein
3. Urine culture

According to reports, an expert opinion can be given regarding further treatment. You may send the reports as a direct question to me.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Matthew J. Mangat
