Hallow Dear,
I-pill is an emergency post coital
contraceptive pill. It has to be taken within 72 hours of the unprotected sex. It is supposed have a very good success rate in preventing a
pregnancy.
The after effects these pills are:
1. Some spotting to scanty bleeding few days after the pill consumption.
2. Delay is following period by few days to a week.
However, your periods are delayed for about a month, which is not the feature of delay in menses due to I-pill. This is possible if you have taken the pill later than 72 hours. Occasionally, the pills may fail. So you have to look for any evidence of pregnancy. You may do it by pregnancy test on the urine or by
Beta hCG test. At this stage,
ultrasonography also can offer you direct visual evidence of pregnancy.
If you are not pregnant, you may take some progestational preparation like
Deviry for 5 days; then within 5 days you should get withdrawal bleeding.
I hope this provides you guidelines.
