Does Taking Fish Increase The Level Of SGPT?

Hello respected sir I am the patient of liver cirrhosis(unidetified reason).my palatelets remained between 50000-60000 and incresed SGPT normally above 140-150 .two months ago by changing my diet with low fat and fruits SGPt was decreased to 109 but platelets not changed but after a month my platelets was at 97000 but SGPT also increaseed to 170.during this I used peanuts fish and almond more than last month.please tell me that fish increases SGPT or iis it ok for me ?

Fish is rather good for liver as it contains omega 3 fatty acids. So it is not due to fish. See for some other causes.
