Does Taking Alphadopa 250 For Bp At The Time Of Pregnancy Cause Any Side Effect ?

I m having B.P (140/90)in my 26 weeks of pregnancy .i m taking alphadopa 250 three times daily n after starting tablets i feel dizziness all the time.is this coz of its side effect?

alphdopa contain methyl dopa and is alfa adrenergic agonist medicine.
it can cause anxiety ,sedation ,fatigue ,apathy and other side effect
it look like to have dizziness after alphadopa tab .
better to consult ur doctor
