Hey i m 26 years old amd unmarried have taken unwanted 72 twice in 6 mnths and want to reduce its side effects from my body what all dietry measures and exercise i need to do . So can minimise its side effects and it will not effect prrgnency in future

side effects of unwanted 72 are nausea,vomiting,heavy menstural cycle,breast pain,change in sex drive,blood clot formation...u can take it on emergency basis...u can use ocps for regular contraception after consulting your gynecologist..
