Does Taking Oflox OZ During Pregnancy Harm The Fetus?

M having pcod n after ovarian drilling in april this year my follicle size was good enough this month n we are really hopeful for pregnancy.my date is due on 7 july.Actually on 1 july i was sufferimg from diarhea i took oflox oz one tablet.i just want to know if i have conceived this month does that one tablet have any effect on anything regarding baby s growth

hello..ofloxacin( group flouroquinlones) should be used during pregnancy only if the benefit outweighs the risk to the fetus. It considered category C. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy; surveillance studies have not reported an increased risk of major human birth defects. Still you should repeat the mistake. always take prescribed medications only ,more specially during pregnancy. Dont worry;wishing you all the best :)
