Does Taking Diphenhydramine Reduce The WBC Count In Body?

Taking about 5mg diphenhydrAMINE per night to sleep and I feel like I have a lowered WBC as I am having a harder time recovering from my athletic training and feel like I am getting sick all the time. (very athletic: cardio athlete cycling ~ 10 hours per week and weight training ~ 6 hours per week)

hi..thanks for you question...i appreciate your concern about your health....
diphenhydramine is an antihistamine which has no effect on WBC count...moreover feeling sick is absolutely no an indication of yous decreased WBC count....take proper diet and have all your baseline investigations done and visit a physician for your detailed checkup...
