Does Sunburn Cause Pain In Arms?

I was outside yesterday and got sun burnt, now I have this dull ache in both of my arms and it will not go away. Tylenol helps a little but not for long. My arms seem fine if I lay still and don t move them but once I move the pain is back full force. What is causing it?
