Does Stomach Ulcers Cause Dizziness And Increased Heart Beat?
Hi; I am a 35 yr old female:weighing 129lbs: I have been told this week that I have a stomach ulcer which is causing me pain: today in work sitting at my desk; I started to feel dizzy, I checked my heart rate and it was 185bpm: my resting bpm is normally 80bpm. I have had ecgs and been told I have an eptopic heart beat. Should I be worried?

I really appreciate your concern if you have a gastric ulcer this could cause nausea and dizzy feel when this is symptomatic and have severe condition, otherwise this does not cause any cardiac symptoms, if you do have such symptoms then you have to go for cardiac tests, as you said you have a ectopic beat then this would be necessary to get done the ECHO test, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
