Does Spotting & Cramps An Indication Of Pregnancy?

I stopped my pill for about 3 weeks I am now in a new relationship and I started my pill again the first day I took it I had unprotected sex, it is now exactly a week later and I have had some very light spotting and some cramps, does this mean I am pregnant?

oral contraceptive pills needs to be taken for 7 continuous days to prevent pregnancy
if not during that period if there was a unprocteted intercourse ,pregnancy can occur
