Does Soreness Of The Shin After An Injury Indicate Fracture?

I was messing around with my cousin fighting around and I went to kick him he blocked it with his knee and my shin came into contact with his knee. That part of my shin is very tender of course and it feels flattened in that area now. I can walk on it with no pain just painful to touch do you think it could be broken?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think you are suffering from soft tissue injury shin, you are unlikely to got bony injury because you are able to walk on it without pain.Treatment is Rest and analgesics (Diclofenac three times a day after meals is effective). Sometimes strong analgesic(such as ultracet three times a day after meals) is required. OMEPRAZOLE 20 MG before meals prevent acidity caused by analgesics .
I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
