Does Smoking Weed Affect Asthma?

hi im a asthmatic and have been for years and have never smoked....lastnight i was abit drunk and decided to smoke abit of weed which i immediately regret! will this have a major affect on my asthma? im really worried as this is the first time iv done this....thanks

yeah, marijuana can cause lung reactivity. It is very indivual on the amount of reactivity. About 1 in 6 users get significant asthma reaction BUT that is on the whole; among asthmatics the likelihood has to be much higher.
Furthermore, different lots of marijuana WILL react differently.
