Does Smoking Cause Tingling Effect In The Legs And High Heart Beat?
I am a 5'5 33 year old 200 pound female with no previous medical history. Sometimes my heart will race when I'm just setting down. I also sometimes have tingling in my legs. it used to only happen when I was stressing about things but recently it has been happening even when I'm not stressing. I sometimes feel nauseous but usually after I get a bite to eat it goes away. I am a smoker trying to quit, not having any luck yet.
Dear madam, smoking affect all body parts as smoke goes to blood circulation through lungs. On cardiovascular system it has tremendous effects and can cause high blood pressure, heart rate disturbance. It also affects nervous system directly and indirectly through affecting nutrition which can cause tingling. It is good that you have decided to quit smoking, but sometime if you are smoking too much , you need help of professional i.e. psychiatrist or other de-addiction specialist. And ya your weight is also high and obesity grade 3 which can cause sever problems to you in long run so better to start reduce it and psychiatrist can surely help you through counseling and medicines for that also.
