hello severe pain in stomach without bleeding at 6 weeks pregnancy needs further evaluation when patient with similar history comes to me I would first ask her history of vomitings , loose stools , burning micturition examine her( vitals , abdominal examination, pervaginum examination ) , do her urine pregnancy test with first morning urine sample if severe pain is associated with excessive vomiting or loose stools or burning micturition then symptomatic management with fluids , antibiotics , Buscopan tablet if Upt is weakly positive & pervaginum examination reveals adnexal mass or tenderness , ectopic pregnancy is to be ruled out using bhcg & ultrasound pelvis if Upt is strongly positive I would advise urgent ultrasound fetal well being to check for cardiac activity, put her on micronised progesterone hope this helps you
