Does Puffing Weeds And Shisa And Smoking Cigarettes Before Pregnancy Affect Fetus?

I had a some puff of weeds and shisa regular for two days n smoked a packets of cigret in a months n now I found to be pregnant its early pregnancy (small gestational sac in the uterine cavity). So do that all previous stuff effect my pregnancy I have done before I known I m pregnant. Thank you

Of course all the substances abused by your are contraindicated during pregnancy due to the ill effects they can have on the fetus, but as this is early into pregnancy let us hope they do not affect your fetus. Going about regular monitoring and investigations to rule out any abnormalities during the first trimester would be wise. Please inform your caring doctor about your mishap.
