Its hard to breathe, i have to take deep breathes which is hurting in my chest around my heart. I am just worried about my actual breathing making me breathless. Thank you.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted that you have been in the third week of cough and cold with difficulty in breathing and chest pain in the heart area.
This indicates that you have developed the complications and should be investigated with X-ray of the chest.
Tests of blood and urine to rule out diabetes, septicemia and so on .
At the same time a clinical examination, proper antibiotic coverage and symptomatic treatment for the phlegm and so on would help you for early and complete recovery.
I find this answer helpful
