Does Palafer Capsule Cause Red Spots On Skin?

I stopped taking my palafer capsule last summer to find out what was causing skin to have red spots on my skin and I started taking them again yesterday and woke up from a nap with the same spots could I was wondering if those were one of the symptoms of taking palafer

please get a complete blood count done to rule out any deficiencies esp platelets. any hypersensitivity reactions to palafer may also be responsible in which case drug alteration be done in consult with your doctor
