Movon contains aceclofenac which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory pain killer. Its common side effects include diarrhea, nausea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, dizziness, and gastrointestinal bleeding on long term use. It causes kidney toxicity on long term use.
Advice
1.     Take Movon only if pain is intolerable. Otherwise avoid it. Take it after food
2.     Tablet Neurobion Forte – one tablet daily after meal for 3 months
3.     Take Ocid 20 mg capsule – one capsule empty stomach for 7 days if she feels any abdominal pain
4.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
Thanks
