Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.

Since you missed one pill in the first two weeks of starting the pack and have rightly taken two pills immediately and continued with the pack, you are protected against pregnancy. Take the pills at the right time without forgetting. Don't be worried. By taking the pills correctly you are protected against pregnancy more than 99.9% of the times.
Since every method has a small percentage of failure rate, if you miss your period you need to do the pregnancy test.
I hope this is helpful.
