Hi,
If you have attained regular menstruation after the child birth and have a missed period now, you should test for pregnancy first using a home pregnancy kit and a sample of fresh early morning urine. If positive, since your husband agrees with you, you should not have any problem in consulting a specialist for further management. You should get a trans-vaginal sonogram and depending on the age of the pregnancy, you can undergo a medical abortion if the pregnancy is below 8-9 weeks and a surgical abortion after this period. Hope this helps.
