Does Lower Abdominal Cramping, Diarrhea And Breast Pain Indicate Pregnancy?

hi my name is poornima and my last period date was 12 august and today is 8th step but I am not feeling as if my periods are about to come..but I am feeling bit crampings in my lower abdominals.my breasts are paining a bit. and I am also feeling a bit of diarrhea.. is it possible that I am pregnant?

Your symptoms can mean anything from an impending period to a very early pregnancy. It is difficult to predict yet and the best way to detect now is to assess the serum beta-hCG titres to check if pregnancy has occurred. If you have been sexually active during your fertile period, this is the best and earliest way to assess. Else, you should wait until you miss your period and go for a HPT 3-7 days later with a fresh early morning sample. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
