Does Lose Of Appetite And Warm Body Temperature Indicate Ovulation?

Hi! I2 weeks ago (August 4-8) i recorded my cervical mucus on a chart and for 4 days it was wet and slippery and then it has been generally dry in that area ever since. I didn t track my temperature but for 2 days I was a little warmer than usual and i lost my appetite for a little bit. Does this mean I ovulated?

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query. I have gone through the query and understood your concern. From your description, it appears that you may have ovulated at the time. If you were recording the basal body temperature from day one of the cycle, it will be of great help. There is a rise of temperature at ovulation of about half-a-degree and this rise persists if conception has occurred. Also, the cervical mucus gets thinner to facilitate easy passage for the sperm. Having a positive sign with both these things, you seem to have ovulated. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
