Does Long Term Use Of Romilast Has Any Side Effects?

HI, my daughter 5yr old and has frequesnt caugh due to cold and flum. Doctor advised Romilast 5mg daily for 3 months. I am worried if any side effects on continuous usage of drugs. Pls let me know if there are any lolng term side effects due to romilast 5mg.

Hello.Take montelukast for 3 months is safe, some children with asthma take it continuously. Adverse effects are usually mild:headache, stomach discomfort ....
It is recommended that your child take montelukast for 3 months.
