Does Liver Enlargement Need Any Medication?

sir, i m infected with hapatitis B, taking lamivir HBV100mg one piece tablet every day ,since more thn 4yrs , recently my ultrasound shows enlarge of liver , my doctor didnt advice any kind of madicen for enlarge liver . is it ok not to take any madicen

Hi welcome to HCM...

You are taking lamivudine drug for hepatitis b...
It is usually given for one year....Not taken for 4 year as you are taking....

You are having chronic HBV infection ...
Drug only given when chronic active stage is there that is determined by detection of HBeag , HBV DNA and liver enzymes estimation....
It is given to suppress viral load to prevent liver failure....

Now no need for its use...
Take low fat diet....
Avoid alcohol....
Use less oil in cooking....

Take daily spinach and carrot juice.

Take good food for liver like......
-beet roots
-Indian gooseberry
-onion
-dandelion
-lemon juice
-avocados

Take care.

Regular follow up done...
