Hello,

Tizanidine is a skeletal muscle relaxant / centrally acting and not an analgesic and it is often combined with Acetaminophen or opioid for musculo-skeletal pain. It is not as such nephrotoxic and standard dose is 4 mg dose/day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
