Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Tendinitis is a medical problem that may not be cause by a drug or an infection. In most cases, it occurs as a result of a sudden injury, repetition of a particular movement over time.Stress on a tendon due to repetitive motion may trigger it.This is a problem that can be job or hobby related. It is just a coincidence that the pain started when you started taking your drug.I will suggest you a take pain medications like ibuprofen, rest well and ice the spot if pain too intense. If pain persist, you may see a Doctor for examination and if need be, other treatment options like oral or injectable steroid to be exploited.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
