OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Ligation of fallopian tubes can be associated with post ligation syndrome which consists of irregular bleeding and spotting.Other causes of irregular bleeding are hormonal disturbances, lesions in the cervix or vagina, or uterus.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear, hormonal profile and ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
