Does Hydracele Still Grow Even After Hernia Surgery?

I have a testicular hydracele. I had an inguinal hernia fixed, thinking this would stop the growth of the testicle. My urologist says there is no cancer but says just draining it is prone to infection. The alternative is an invasive procedure to remove the testicle from the scrotum and strip off the membrane. Will my hydracele still grow after the hernia surgery? Is draining a hydaracele without surgery a common practice? What is the danger of infection with draining a hydracele?

Hi.
Hernia and hydrocele are at different levels so operating hernia does not necessarily heal hydrocele, unless there is congenital connection...
Draining has no role ion modern medical practice. Definitive surgery is small and gives 100% results. Simple draining will have re-accumulation.

Go for definitive surgery
