Does Hernia Causes High Blood Pressure And Shortness Of Breath?
Earlier today I felt a ball above my umbilical area and i was going to the restroom and I noticed when I wiped myself, I noticed there was a little drips of blood. Then about 2 hours later I started having shortness of breath. I took my blood pressure and it's 130/100. I went to the bathroom again and there was a little more blood. When i was pregnate with my 3rd child my OB told me that I had a hernia. I'm 26 years old and I have 5 kids, my oldest child is 7 years old. My youngest is 5 months old. What can it be? Is it serious?

Hello, Thank you for your contact to healthcare magic. I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that yes it is taken seriously. Because if it is diaphragmatic hernia it will obstruct the respiratory process thereby causing rise in blood pressure and many more things related to respiratory problem.
