Does Growth Spurts Cause Vomiting?

Can growth spurts cause vomiting? My son is 5 and has woken up early and vomited a few times with no fever and then is fine the rest of the day. This has happened 6 times in the last 8 weeks. He had also grown taller (haven t measured but has moved up a size). Thank you

This usually doesnot happen.there is no reason that growth spurt would cause vomiting . Although 6 times vomiting in 8 weeks is not that frequent. I think you should consult your physician if the vomiting persists. Also check.if he is having any other related or.unrelated problem.
