Does Eating Raw Rice Have Any Severe Effects On Hormones That Control Periods?

Hi..i eat raw rice everyday. Sometimes a cup or more. Can u tell me if this has any effects on my menstral cycle as it is irregular or if it can be linked in anyway to having a hormone imbalance. I do know that there is a psychological aspect of it because it helps me to relax

Raw rice eating generally doesn't leads menstrual irregularities..

For your case your pelvic examination and USG needs to be done to rule out ovarian causes, cevicitis, fibroid etc like causes....

Hormonal imbalance also sometime can lead irregular period....
For which hormonal estimation done...

If needed for irregular period doctor will prescribe you Primolute N like drug....

According to cause further treatment can be guided

Advise : Gynecologist consultation for further examination and work up...
