Does Diabetes And Smoking Increase Heart Problems?

I had 4 heart blocks (60-70%) in 2012. But last angeogram 2015 march it shows all better ( 10-30%). Sugar patient-smoker. Going with medicine. My Doctor is Mr. Devi shety of India. Now I am ok. Like to go ok in whole life. How can I ? I am from Dhaka, Bangladesh.

hi,

since you mentioned you have a diabetes and high blood pressure. you have even undergone the test. you are also a smoker. so to be precisive I will recommend you to do regular exercises which is more focussed towards the cardio respiratory endurance training as it will help you maintian the blood pressure and blood sugar levels too. if possible try to cut down on smoking as it will lead to narrowing of arteries and even lead to sometimes backaches and other systemic issues.
