Does Continuous Stomach Pain And Fever Require Medical Attention?

Hi, my son is 5yrs old complains of sore throat,stomach pain by the naval,head pain and a fever of 102.

Has not eaten since friday only junices and morton every 6hrs. He's having a bowel movement it looks good. After two days and still feeling pain in the stomach area should i take him to the dr.?

The symptoms you describe could be due to a virus, which ultimately resolves on it's own after a few days. However, sore throat and fever could also be due to a bacterial infection and require antibiotics. Sore throats typically come together with stomach pain and/or headache. So this combination is not surprising. I recommend consulting with your doctor so the correct diagnosis can be made and the appropriate treatment plan implemented.
