Does Clexane Help To Prevent Miscarriage?

My daughter has had two miscarriages in last one year . Her dr has prescribed her as card now and told her to wait for 3 more cycles before trying again . He will start claxone injections once the pregnancy starts. Is this treatment
helpful in preventing another miscarriage.

Understand your concern.
Yes clexane help to prevent the miscarriage,
It contain low molecular heparin that prevents the blood clot formation in APLA.
Miscarriage cause may be: antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, thyroid problem, bleeding disorder, diabetes, chromosomal anomalies.
So proper investigations are needed like:
APLA screening, PT, APTT, thyroid hormone and other reproductive hormone, USG.
I think you have APLA problem, in this miscarriage is prevented by clexane. you should continue up to 36 week of pregnancy
Ecosprin and progesterone can be useful.
