Does Chest, Arm And Neck Pain With Dizziness Need Medical Attention?

im 18 and have a healthy weight and diet..but 3 days ago experienced chest pains while sitting..it started out with a pain in my neck and jaw and moved in to my left arm, i then started with a strong pain in my chest which lasted 5-10 minutes, i also became sleepy and lightheaded and when trying to stand up became dizzy..the pain in my arm, neck and jaw didnt completelty disapear for nearly 4 hours...i went to the doctors that night who told me it was only a 'neck crick' and didnt think anything of it but over the weekend i contuined with mild chest pains every so often..should i go back to the doctors or leave it?

Hi,
The pain you are telling can just be a cramp and i hope your doctor must have definitely checked for other causes.
If the pain does not subside or increase, its better you go back to the doctor for further evaluation.
