Does Cervical Tear Cause Preterm Miscarriages ?
hi i had 2 preterm miscarriage without a suturing after having a succesful normal pregnancy . recently i had a d&c and found out that i have a tear in the cervix which might have caused in my first delivery . Will this tear be the cause of my preterm miscarriages ? what are my chances of having a successful pregnancy if i repair the tear and get pregnant after that and try with mc.donalds suturing ?

It seems that your 2 miscarriages might have due to cervical tear in the past.
I wonder why it was unnoticed in ultra sound.
Ok no problem, you go for cervical tear repair,after that there wont be any problem for pregnancy.
You go for ultra sound to rule out any other pathology in the uterus.
