Does Cervical Spondilities Need A Routine Check Up Every Two Years?

Good afternoon!
My friend have a cervical spondilities. two yeares back he took a MRI of spine. after two years he apprached the the Dr again.he advised for again MRI ,looking at that MRI he will decides that the problem is decreased or increased whether surgery is required. Now he is is in confusion for going MRI again. i seek ur advise for going to MRI.

hi,
cervical spondylitis does need a follow up but repeating a mri depends on whether the patient's complaints have worsened or not.
if the patient has improved or has no complaints a mri need not be repeated.
if the patient has deteriorated a mri may be repeated.
or else you should learn ISOMETRIC NECK EXERCISES and make them part of your daily routine.
