Does Being Off Of Birth Control Pills For Long Time Cause Pregnancy?

I recently had the flu and missed a birth control pill. Two days later i got my period, so I stopped taking my pill and ended up being off of it for about 11-12 days before starting a new pack. Since then I have had cramping and lower abdominal pain, both i had while pregnant with my first child, plus lower back pain. I also seem to be getting headaches and mild bouts of dizziness. I do not feel sick and have no food adversions yet. however, i never did with my daughter either. Is it possible that being off of my pill for that extended time that I ovulated and could now be pregnant. I was off the pill for 7 days when i concieved my daughter. I am not due to get my period for about another week and a half, but I cant stop thinking about this. Would being off of the pill for longer than normal before starting my new pack cause me to ovulate in between? When is normal ovulation within your cycle? I did have unprotected sex during this time as well.
