Hello,

Changes in breast size are very normal during the postpartum period and breastfeeding.

If you constantly notice that the right breast is more enlarged and engorged, then the possibility of incomplete evacuation of milk from that breast need to be considered.

Make sure your baby feeds from both side of breast equally. And you can also try manually draining milk or use an electric pump. If pain, redness develops it is indicative of infection (mastitis), in which case follow up with your ObGyn.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
