Does Anxiety Attack Cause Fast Heart Beat And Difficulty In Breathing?
I woke up this morning with my heart beating fast and it being difficult to catch my breath. When I was putting my shirt on over my head my sight blacked out and I felt very warm and dizzy. All I could do was take a few steps forward and make sure I didn't trip over anything. It subsided after 10 seconds...might this be an anxiety attack?
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Surely you got it right. But you have to ask yourself whether it is anxiety attack. For anxiety attack to manifest, you should be anxious before that. Were you anxious and why? Have you seen any dreams just before you woke up? Have you heard any sudden sounds while asleep and startled out of sleep? These are the possibilities. Now you can easily find out. But mind you, anxiety attacks comes for those who are anxious. Fear or panic is different. Do not confuse.
Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
