Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Abortion per say, may not be responsible for breathlessness as it is already 8 months over. But complications due to abortion sometimes can lead to the problem like:
-Excessive blood loss during abortion especially in a pre-pregnancy anemic women.
-Possible infection due to abortion leading to adhesions etc.
If you are repeatedly having breathlessness better to consult your gynecologist once, get examined and go for ultrasound, hemoglobin level estimation and if she advises please go for ECG also, with the workup the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
